The data side of selling points should be boring, and ours is. We collect what a quote and a transaction actually require, we use it for that, and we do not turn your inquiry into a product to sell. This is the plain-English version. The formal, governing document is the site Privacy Policy, and where the two differ, that policy controls.
What we collect, and why
To send you a real offer and follow up, we need a short list. Your name, email, and phone, so we can reach you with the quote and arrange a sale. The program and balance you want to sell, so the offer is accurate. That is the core of it.
Notice what is not on the list. We do not ask for a Social Security number to give you a quote. We do not need your account password to price a balance (and when access is needed for a transfer, that runs on a temporary password you control, covered in the account-security guide). The principle is simple: collect what the job needs, skip what it does not.
How it is used
The details you share do three jobs. They let us quote your balance. They let us complete a sale and pay you. And they let us keep the records a business has to keep. That is the whole list. Your information is not sold to third parties for their marketing, and it is not the real product behind a "free" quote.
So when you fill in the form, you are handing over exactly enough to get a number and, if you choose, to get paid. Nothing is being harvested on the side.
Spam and bot protection
The quote form is protected by a bot challenge (Cloudflare Turnstile) that screens out automated abuse before it ever becomes a record. That is partly to keep our inbox sane. But it also keeps the data we hold limited to genuine inquiries from real people, which is its own kind of privacy hygiene. Less junk in, less junk to store.
Storage and retention
Your information is stored securely and kept only as long as it is useful for the transaction and our business and legal records. We are not trying to build a giant archive of old leads. When data has served its purpose and no record-keeping obligation requires it, it does not need to live on indefinitely.
For the exact retention terms, your rights over your data, and how to make a request, the formal Privacy Policy is the authority. This page is the summary; that page is the contract.
Your control
You decide how far to go at every step. Requesting a quote does not obligate you to sell. If you ask for a number and walk away, that is a complete and normal interaction. And if you want to know what we hold or ask us to address it, the Privacy Policy explains how. You are never locked in by having asked a question.
The short version
We collect the basics a quote needs, use them to price and pay, protect the form from bots, store what we must and no more, and never sell your details. Want the number without the commitment? The quote form is the only thing that needs filling in.
