A free quote, no obligation, and a payout you see before you commit. Here is how pricing is set, how you get paid, and what changes an offer.

Pricing here is built to be honest and easy to read: you see your payout before you agree to anything, the number you are quoted is the number you receive, and there is no fee subtracted on the back end. This page lays out how an offer is set, how the money reaches you, and why a quote is good for a limited time.

How an offer is set

Three things drive your number. The program (a transferable bank currency and a niche airline mile do not carry the same value). Your balance size (larger balances and small ones price differently). And current demand, because we buy against real buyer interest, which moves.

That last factor is why there is no single published rate on the site. A fixed "X cents per point" banner would be stale the week after it posted, and worse, it would be wrong for half the people reading it. So the quote is personalized and computed when you ask, against live conditions, for your specific balance.

Why we do not post a rate

Two reasons, both in your favor. First, accuracy: a real quote beats a marketing number you cannot actually get. Second, the figure depends on details that only exist once you tell us the program and amount. So instead of a headline rate that flatters the best case, you get the actual offer for your actual balance. Submit a balance, see the number, decide. Nothing about that step commits you.

How you get paid

You choose the method. We send funds via PayPal, Zelle, or bank wire, and payment typically lands within one business day of completing the transaction. Wire suits larger amounts. An app is quick. The choice is yours, and the timing is fast because the payout is not held up waiting on anything from you after the deal is set.

Crucially, payment goes out before your balance transfers. Pre-payment is the core of the security model (covered in the account-security guide), and it is also a pricing promise: you are paid first, in full, at the quoted figure.

The quote is the payout

No surprise deductions. The amount you are quoted is the amount you receive. There is no processing fee skimmed at the end, no "handling" line that shrinks the total after you have agreed. If the quote says a figure, that figure is what hits your account.

So when you compare offers, compare the net you actually get. A flashy gross rate with fees behind it can land below a clean, all-in quote. Ours is the all-in kind.

How long a quote lasts

Because offers track live demand, a quote is valid for a limited window rather than indefinitely. Markets move. If you sit on a quote and it expires, that is not a penalty, it just means conditions shifted and the number needs a refresh. Request a new one and you are current again.

The practical takeaway: if you like a quote, acting on it sooner locks the figure you saw. If you are still deciding, no problem, just know a fresh quote may differ up or down when you come back.

The terms, in one line

Free to ask, personalized to your balance, paid first via the method you choose, and the quote is the payout with nothing skimmed. For the full legal terms of any transaction, see the site Terms of Service. When you want a real number, the quote is one form away.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions, answered straight.

It depends on the program, your balance size, and current buyer demand, so the figure is personalized rather than a published rate. You see your exact number when you request a quote, with no obligation to accept it.

Yes. Requesting a quote costs nothing and commits you to nothing. You see the dollar figure first, then decide. If it is not for you, you walk away.

Payment goes out via PayPal, Zelle, or bank wire, typically within one business day of completing the transaction. You pick the method. The quoted payout is what you receive.

Quotes reflect live market conditions, so an offer is valid for a limited window. The main factors are the program, your balance size, and current demand from buyers. If a quote expires, request a fresh one.
